ANABOLIC INTERVAL SESSIONS are short training sessions that have you performing INTENSE work for a short predetermined period of time. We’re talking maximum level of intensity here. 30-120 seconds of work because your body wouldn’t be able to perform any more. This is then followed by a short rest/ recovery period, then repeated.
