The Science Fiction Adventure, "The Crescent Makers" follows Amarii and his pet companion Nahvi on a quest to save the world. As war threatens to destroy everything, Amarii takes on the task of becoming their last hero. Halted by the presence of a strangely odd being, Amarii's fears become a gruesome reality. 

In the Supernatural Fantasy "Matriarch Magick", Belle and Bianca must brave their worries and tend to their dying mother & Patron guardian's wishes. Selene must find a way to convince and reassure her twin girls to embrace not only their potential as Guardians but their destiny as well. 

"The Weight of a Lily" follows Mae, whose attendance at Frank's annual event causes shock and awe! Broken by the institution of marriage, Mae's plan of vengeance blossoms just as the lily has. 

"Homecoming" tells of Annah's battles with childhood trauma, and accountability. After 18 years away, Annah faces the crippling dysfunction of her spiteful parents and tussles with her icy heart after a chance run-in with Neil. 

The story "Troubles Traversed" narrates siblings Rita and Maria's rocky relationship. Compelled to be civil during their mutual grief, the two sisters extract truths from one another that may sever ties forever. 

"The Weaver's Woe" retells the very ancient myth of spiders. Arachne, the weaver provides a first-hand account of her rise and fall in Ancient Greece at the divine hands of Athena. Narrating from her point of view in this classic cautionary tale.
